Pang’s old friend, Yao was exiled from the Tiger Tribe and now roams the lands clasped in shackles, still hardened with resolve, never betraying his ideals.

When Yao was young he rued the current state of the Alliance and did his best to change it for the better, ultimately failing. Instead of being put to death, his life was spared, but Yao was forced to leave the Tiger Tribe forever, becoming the ultimate pariah, only spoken of in shallow whispers.

Now that Yao can no longer fight for his truths on the public stage, he’s been cast into the shadows, planning his revolution in the underground. As he wanders the outskirts, Yao has come to learn how to use his own fetters as weapons, using them against those who mean to do him or the Alliance harm, biding his time until he can take the stage once more…

A rot has already begun to spread across the East Alliance, and Yao intends to kill it at the source.
